Every morning we have a "centerpiece" in the middle of our circle. This, much like a fire, is a place for students to look at to find peace, to help focus, or to help deal with an assortment of feelings. Kids often bring in little treasures to donate, and these items can be used as "talking pieces" as well. It's so fun to see what students come up with every day! Ask your child if they remember the rules to our morning meetings!
